i. perched upon a collapsing telephone pole, a2 surveyed the area, brilliant blue eyes flickering to and fro, taking in every ounce of her surroundings.
ii. this was new. there were no machines. i mean, there were machines, but they weren't trying to kill her. they weren't automatrons. they didn't have self-proclaimed "consciousness."
iii. and - were those humans ?
iv. suddenly, her perch was empty, and the android was darting on the ground, hiding amongst the foliage and trees, virtuous contract following her with ease, floating as if strapped to her back.
v. a2 suddenly came to a stop when she came upon a building - that wasn't really her intention, but it was looming, so she decided to check it out.

-🦇- Well, he happened to notice another vampire breaking into a house.. and he didn’t want to just do nothing and leave. So he decided to follow.
-🦇- He was quick to learn that the place was abandoned. Why? What was special about the house? Not caring to the moment, all he wanted to do was ironically kill the other vampire.
-🦇- Which he gladly did- minus a few shrieks and screams. And a bit of a mess. He just hoped he didn’t attract unwanted attention, or had been seen.

i. she had seen it. undetected, she had watched him from the shadows, piercing blue eyes following him; he was made of organic life, but he was not a human. not like those that she saw earlier. there was something different about him.
ii. a2 was not a later yorha model; she was not a scanner, or a battle type, or an eliminator. she did not follow a specific directive. frankly, she had separated her consciousness from the bunker years ago. she could do whatever the fuck she wanted to do. so she did.
iii. and that meant she was going to keep watch at a safe distance. ... she only hoped he hadn't noticed the moonlight glimmer off of her pod's surface before she pushed it into the shadows with her.
