LOL! No problem at all!

For the profile picture: You have to upload a deviantID by clicking on "Submit" at the top of this page, then choose deviantID and follow the steps. Then, in your profile, you can choose that picture as your deviantID.

The same goes for anything else that you want to upload. Just click on "Submit" and follow the steps from there. Just remember: do not upload wallpapers as your own if you didn't create them - people get seriously pissed about that. If you want to upload a favourite wallpaper, upload as a desktop screenshot.
