Your embroidery and cross-stitch are really nice! I do that too :D (Big Grin) but I had to take a break because my hands have been bothering me. I'm pretty sure it was caused by holding my cellphone a lot and not from sewing, but the last time I tried to sew I had a flare up :( (Sad) I did finish a really sweet moose cross-stitch and made a cool gif of the progress: i.giphy.com/26ufnk0f0oU4F0v1S.… I'll def add you to watch!

Aww, I'm so sorry to hear about your hands. Is there anything that can be done for it? Braces are usually the most simple solution, like for my mom. She can hardly hold a pen for any length of time anymore but with the brace at least it doesn't become painful.

My doctor isn't too worried about my hands, it should heal on it's own, but slowly. I'm trying to use my phone less and when I'm on the computer takes breaks and stretch. Just lots of self love. I got a second opinion and all that, had tests, and it's nothing serious. Usually doesn't bother me, just a little stiffness. I think a little self love and tlc will be fine. When I sew I have a tendency to go overboard and do it for hours on end. Just have to take breaks. I wanna wait till after the summer to sew again, just to really give it a good rest.
