your work really inspires me to try and push my own 3d limits (thinking of 3d animation as a job once finished with school ^^)

question...how/where do you find ref (i mean the good ones) to model of... cause im currently modeling Full Metal Panic's ARX-7 Arbalest but can only work with screen dumps from the series =\
this is quite difficult for as im trying to make a high detailed model of it...
any suggestions?
