I'm not a leader of this group or even a contributor ... but I'll answer anyway
To make a stamp you firstly need a program like Photoshop or Gimp (Gimp is free and you can download it off the net)
Secondly you need resources or understand how to make them. There are loads of templates in the resources folder on dA and there are loads of tuts on dA to teach you ... it is pretty easy though.

then you fill it with your text or image
