Hello my name is Star. I'm an abnormal teenage girl. I collect dolls, antiques, figureins, snow globes, and ceramic glass. In third grade I brought my Tim Burtons Corpse Bride doll for show and tell and freaked the teacher out a little bit :D I have 6 living dead dolls, countleaa porceilen dolls, and a ton more plastic ones my great aunt made and ones that belonged to my other great aunt. I love vocaloid, but sice my parents wont buy me the program I use utau and created to Utauloids My complete one is Libra. 1.go to the Accesory mnipuation box in camera/lighting/accesories thing
2. load accesorry
3. under the load button theres drop down thing that should say Ground. click it and select the model name.
4. there is another drop down tab next to the first, clic the varios thins i it till the mustache is on the head then click register

Kay-Chaaaaaaan... how do you make MMD models with a bunch of spare parts? All I have is this hot person's body... a shitton of clothes and accesories... and a bunch of heads. HOW DOES I SMOOSH THEM ALL TOGETHER??? ;3;

Oh wow thats lots of explaining i'll give you my best shot but just to be safe i'll link you to tutorials and what not.
Okay so you've opened your base, and bsed on what you told me it probably has no head, so you want to add the head then right? Heres what you do, drag the head(its the .pmd file) into the window thats showing your model and a box will appear. You want to click the scond bubble and click ok and it should appear. (note: All the files in the heads folder must be in the same folder as the base for the textures to show, this also goes for everything else such as hair and clothes)
Now if its a bit to big, to small, or isn't attached to the body you'll need to resize or move. (note: this goes for everything else that needs moved or resized) Go to the indow with the model and across the top there should be butonsI have an english patch so it shows up as V on mine but on japanese ones that you can't read its the third button in the long line of butons on the right. Click it and a box will show up. inside this box is a white box with little check boxes. across the topof that box are three buttons. lick the first one. Now scroll down in the white box and find all the little check boxes for the head (note: when lookig for files just added look for the second MA0 or something like that because its the first file of the head click all the little boxes till you reach the end or another MA0) Now go bac into model window (you know how you can make boxes wih you mouse on your desk top? do that over the model in the windw)it will appear orange if you don't like this just look at the bottom of the window and click the orange button and it will turn off. (note: you canturn of the bone viewig thing by clicking the first button, the circle with a circle inside, and if you click th green button, it wll show what you've selected when you click the little boxes in the V box thing we were just discussing) You should see a weird sphere type thing. The circle turn will turn the head and the little cubes will strech except for the center wich will mve it freely and the arrows will move it up/down bck/forth and from side to side.

It took me forever to figure it out, and I still don't know how to do physics yet! But ey it's easier than modeling from scratch in Blender, then added the bones, physics, expressions, ect. yourself. Actully hats inda what i'm attempting to do but blender htes me so...
Maybe one day I can come over nd sow you in person how to do it.
