In MLP-themed lingo they would be identified as follows:
Equinoid = Anthro-Pony (with the hind legs of an equine in place of human legs)
Faun-type Pinkie
Equitaur = Anthro-Pony Centaur
Anthro-Pony Centaurette: Twilight Sparkle
Centaur Twilight and her little dragon brother
