Thanks for faving my windmill shot  "Nothing new under the sun..."     

I'm not sure the new wind generators in the background are as cute as the one built 
in 1794 but hopefully they might be more efficient and save on fossil fuels

I must correct the illusion, created for drama by the title, that this was a caged kitty.

In reality, the window screen was for security of the house not to incarcerate the cat

I don't know about where you live Starlightreader but the UK is currently having heavy  
rain and widespread flooding       Hopefully it will pass soon and water levels drop.

Eeyore would have been in his pessimistic element - "Don't blame me if it rains" he said.
