You know Fran, they do like you, they said themselves 'Fran seems nice but I don't know her very well' so yeah. I mean like Jemma is harsh to me all the time but that's just how she is and it's just how people automatically are and you've got to 'learn' people before you understand what they mean and why they do things. I don't have a problem with either of you and I want to hang out with all of you but you don't make it easy.
