Welcome to my space here on DA. My name is Stephen Smith.

I travel the majority of the United Kingdom to pursue my passion for Landscape Photography journeying to many beautiful locations within the British National Parks, the Scottish Highlands, the West Coast of Scotland and more recently, further afield into Europe.

I endeavor to capture special and unique glances, picturesque moments in time, ever striving to bring something different to the table with each and every image and always trying to invoke a memory or tell a story.

Often combining the images taken with my Nikons D200, D300, D7000, D7100 and Sony 6000 with interesting and unique processing techniques. Every image is lovingly crafted and molded by me to bring atmosphere and volume to the location.

Recently featured in the Spring 2011 Edition of Nikon World, Best Light Images is a name that will be remembered when it comes to the beauty of Visual Art in Landscape.
