Hello there. I am sorry to bother you but I am trying to help spread around this petition to save the animated show Star Wars The Clone Wars. As you might have already heard, the show has been cancelled as of Disney's aquistion of the Star wars franchise. While I believe this is a long shot, people right now are trying to persuade disney not to cancel the show and allow them to continue creating everything they had originally planned. It is said that they had plans to take the show to an eight season if possible. Right now they plan to only release two arcs for the so called bonus content and neither of them reveal the fates of Ahsoka, Ventress, Maul, or Rex. They were even suppose to make a bounty hunter arc that revealed the fates of Cad Bane and Aurra Sing but now that won't be shown.
For the sake of continuity in the Star Wars universe, as well as a good show, I ask you to sign the petition below to help save the Clone Wars. All you need is to be on facebook. If you do not care for the show or are not interested, I respect your opinion and apologize in advance for bothering you. Thank you for you time.

HELL YEAH IT WAS FROM FAN EXPO! Were you there then???
I was only there for about 4 hours. You may have known that there was a HUGE pile up of people trying to get in, but security couldn't let any more people in because it was a fire hazard. I was standing outside for 3 HOURS and only got in around 3pm. Not only did I miss a lot of autograph sessions and activities, I didn't get the full day of fun that I wanted D:<
I still got to buy some stuff and took a lot of pictures, and Stan Lee passed by me by like... a meter, so it wasn't a COMPLETE loss, but I was/AM still grossly disappointed in Fan Expo's organization and underestimation of how many people were attending.

Oh yeah, I knew. I was standing in line for 3 hours too, and this was on the first day. After that it wasn't so bad; my mother always gets the deluxe pass so we go to the expo all 3 days it's on, and we got to go past the regular pass people who were standing in line. >.>
Not to brag or anything but I too wasn't able to go to all the activities; but I did get James Marsters [Spike] aughtograph and Peter Mayhew [Chewbacca]'s aughtograph. To get Stan Lee's aughtograph would have been way too much money.....I can only get so much, since I only have a summer job and there were other things to buy.
Yes, the orginization was not good this year, nor was their estamate on how many people were going to go to the convention. I've been going to Fan Expo for 4 years now and lets just say it has grown drastically since then; there was not enough room for all the stuff. Me and my parents were talking about it and we were saying that next year, due to the inflation of the conventioin, they need to rent the whole convention out to that one event; it's either that or we all getting squished next year.

I don't buy autographs because I think my money would be better used on MERCHANDISE 
The first convention I ever went to was Fan Expo 2009, and I only knew about it by a fluke because my parents were visiting Toronto at the time. They were actually sitting in the hotel lobby when some cosplayers walked past them. Following an exchange of weird looks, they found out about the convention and told me. I went the next day
I don't live in Toronto, but it's not too bad for me to travel in to go
I'm planning on attending Fan Expo 2011 but I'm not sure. I'm going to university, and the date is really close to when I need to move around.
I'm also planning on attending Anime North 2011. I'm organizing a school field trip to attend the convention. Idk if you're an anime type of person, but it's sooo much fun!!
