Reality control can backfire hard though. Especially with the scale itd need to operate at to actually work. More than likely your brain would be fried trying to understand the scale of the universe and everything in it.

You could say the same about time control, honestly. Both would be ridiculously difficult to control, but hypothetically I still think reality would be better because time is included in that package.

Time is a bit more finicky; for instance, if you were to go back in time and kill someone, you would have no idea what the consequences would be until you actually did it. With reality you could just go "hey, I want this to happen" and it'll happen.

Personally i wouldnt use time travel to kill. Not unless i know for damn sure this universe uses the many worlds model.
