I'm just a sane (probably) normal guy who just happens to enjoy erotic bondage and in particular, what are called Damsel in Distress images.I've been somewhat absent for a while but hope to start adding new images shortly. A big thank you to all of you who have "Faved" my work and please excuse the lack of a personal message.
I spend some time on the Second Life simulation as a character called Wolf Svenska, which allows me to indulge my fantasies with like minded people from all over the world. This also gives me the opportunity to create the images uploaded here.
Having been impressed by so much of the work displayed by artists on DA, such as Alazar and faile35 (If you don't know them, check them out now),I decided to try my hand at creating my own DiD images. I hope you see something you like. Thanks for dropping by.

Well, I disagree with Migdenbond. Your interpretation is neither better nor worse - it's just different. Carries a different aesthetic as well as a different personal approach to composition. It's all in the details. But nobody's gone tell us that Jeff Fairborne's work takes a back seat to anyone.

Hi Danny. First off, thank you for taking the time to post your comment, its much appreciated. That anyone should even consider my work to be better or even as good as Jeff's is an immense compliment and we are of course all entitled to our opinions, but for myself I don't feel anything I do holds a candle to his work. Its hard to write anything that doesn't sound either like "brown nosing" or false modesty, but I really can't thank Jeff enough for giving me such great inspiration in the first place, and also being kind enough to not only allow me to copy his work but post such kind and supportive comments about them. Its great people like my work and I do get a lot of pleasure from peoples comments and even just knowing they have faved it, but in truth, I'm not even worthy of sharpening Jeff's pencils. Maybe just sweeping up the shavings!
Oh I must also give Alazar his due too as another great inspiration.

lol i know. ^^ iam trying to get into the same idea style but i dont realy have the art background to do though iam trying to figure out if i should do live art or just penicle drawings then photoshop coloring. but i know your work takes a long time to do @.@

To be honest, I have no art background either, but using Second life to create the images is relatively easy, just takes a bit of fiddling around. Once you have the image, then use photoshop or similar for post production work. You should give it a try, its easier than you think.

I have to say your work is some of the best I've seen coming out of SL. I've been in world for years and I haven't seen the composition and mixture of poses you've used so far. And the EXPRESSIONS! Honestly I was debating if this was really SL stuff or custom 3D work.
Can't wait to see more!

Thank you, thats really kind of you. I can assure you that everything is done in world. I make all my own poses and sets. I use a cheap facial animator for the expressions. I tend to make the picture using external attachments to the characters as well as the normal worn items. By that I mean that the ropes for example, may not actually be attached, but look like they are from the right angle. I do a certain amount of Photoshopping just to get a few extra details and effects, but the vast majority is all in world. Nothing expensive or complicated.

Just completed my return journey through the halls of your gallery. And I'm exhilarated! The recent images here are so...wonderful. I love what you've done to bring Jeff's "Valerin" images to a different life in digital color. And the new series "Rya" is exceptional. You may be one of the few artists here at DA who really know how to use shadow and dark to great advantage. Often with others I feel a terrible need to download the image and adjust its contrast to make the characters visible to me, but your images do not call to me for that.
A comment on "Scarf Gag": I applaud your desire to extend yourself into new visual representations. All artists, it seems to me, should go where their Muse leads them. And this image has lots of really lovely things about it. It would be lovely to see more of these experiments. But I'd also be remiss if I didn't say that I like your CG work so much that I'd mourn the day you stopped doing them. Don't know what else to say.

What can I say except that I am deeply touched and warmed by your kind words. It wasn't that long ago that I looked at the great and really erotic images created by people like Jeff, Alazar and the many other artists featured here and wished I could do what they can, so to recieve such praise is very humbling.
Both Jeff and Alazar were very supportive and kind enough to allow me to reinterpret (nicer word for "copy") their work and to offer their comments, so I do owe much to both of them. Its really very liberating to finally be able to bring to life images that I can clearly see in my minds eye, and also very rewarding to know that so many other people like them too.
