Ahh my animation classes have been fun! Probably the most important thing I've learned is how long it takes and how patient I have to be. Getting into a good work ethic is EXTREMELY important when working with animiation, because you can't just do it all the night before like you can with illustrations or other art media (but i still wouldn't recommend doing that, from experience = A = )

You're welcome C: wonderful composition. The gray and gold combo reminded me of Yoanne-lossel's work. It's such an effective visual. I'm impressed that it's printmaking. How many tries did it take to get to your final result?

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I don't think I made myself clear on this image. It is a photo overlay at this point. I will be working on this piece to make a print in the near future.

You're welcome C: I also like the photo with you sitting on the bench. I'm always in awe of what cosplayers can create. For drama-action characters, the ageing detail is so important, so kudos.

Thanks so much! I agree my favourite thing is weathering outfits to fit them into their time, so much fun! And the photos are bought to life by my bf he is very good, so I'm lucky to have him helping out!

ty for leaving a link C: Your abstract traditional stuff is very good. In 'Oyster', I like how you photographed it very closely. They way it is, it looks like I'm observing the gold liquitex settle into the acrylic paint as it dries.

Sure! C: I like how in the thumbnail it looks very polished and airbrushed, but once  clicked, the brushstrokes show  through. Also, I thought it was nifty of you to use a stock image and practice from it. (I don't rly agree with Renum63..) Of course real life studies are important, but I think getting practice where you can is also good.

Thanks a lot.  Renum63 does have a point.  However, I'm pretty busy and don't have as much time as I would like to paint, so stock images can be a real asset.
