"Hey surprise! I wanted to pick you up from school!" Looking to the establishment of knowledge, Goku whistled as he appraised it. "Man oh man, it's pretty nice! Anyway," Ending his levitation he let his feet touch the ground, standing before his son. "I've got some exciting news!" Beaming with a bright smile, the Saiyan had a trick or two up his sleeves for his sons upcoming birthday.

"!!" A sense of surprise overcame him for a second, but it wasn't like a voice he didn't recognize! Glancing up at his hovering father, Gohan chuckled nervously; hoping the fact he was a few feet off the ground didn't attract too much attention. "Dad, get down." He said through gritted teeth that transformed back into a smile. "Oh, ahaha.. Yeah. It is pretty nice." Looking to the school, he turned his head around when his father mentioned news. "Hm? What's up?"

Not many people lingered this late after school, Goku knew (thanks to Chichi) that Gohan was doing some extracurricular activities lately. And with graduation around the corner and Gohans birthday even closer, he had a tight timeline. And while the man loved his son, he knew he hadn't been there for him for some of his biggest moments and now was the time to help make up for missing so many of those moments. "Well I was thinking we could go and have a guys day. You don't have too much homework, right?" This had been the first time in a while he sat down and jotted down ideas for activities to do with anyone. Usually he winged it, he almost did it again but Chichi highly advised against it. She nudged him to make the 'right' choice and get re-know his son. "I've got a lot of things planned today, it's going to be the best day of your life!"

Deadlines had been definitely getting to him; Due to the fact that it was a public school with deadlines mostly around the same few days, he tried to mitigate the stress as well as he could; With his mothers added pressure on him to do well, it felt like something breathing down his neck. Gohan actually didn't mind the fact that he hadn't been there; besides, he was there and witnessed it.. Of course, it was his own fault.. But he tried to not let it get to him badly anymore. It was all forgiven, he didn't harbor a grudge against him or anything; Actually instead most of the time he had just helped with Goten- "Oh?" The idea caught his attention quickly and it cut through his thoughts; That was unusual to ask, but he'd definitely comply! "Heh, are you sure it's not gonna be just training?" He joked at his father's love for it. "But.. to answer your question.. No, I'm good today." Shrugging nonchalantly, Gohan smiled; The idea intrigued him definitely! I guess Mom's trying to pull some strings..' He though to himself, but it was definitely with good intentions, that's for sure. Grabbing onto the strap of his messenger bag, the Hybrid looked downwards at it for a second; Just a habit he ended up developing to make sure he had everything. His attention was brought back to his father before him when Goku spoke. Chuckling, he rubbed the back of his neck. "Wow, what did mom do? Anyways, uh-" Pausing for a moment, he prepared to jump. "Where we going? Should I just follow you?"

worlds strongest< I feel it <3 Where I work right now is a retail place and we've been getting a lot of DBZ things in and so I'm just rewatching Dragon Ball with my roommate and date mate, been watching the new movies and it's all just so good <3 This show just gets better and better. And I may not have RPed with any other Gohan's but I'm already in love with yours ; u ;

( I've been watching it in Japanese; Won't say anything for you, but they've done a good job so far with it! Not to mention due to it Ive accidentally gotten used to the Japanese voices a lot more.
