From the Savannah territory and vast territory of villages and societys', there are are many Savannah animals - one species in particular is called the "Tabaxi", which is a feline of regional species (Ex: Snow Leopard with cloud/snow environments or Caracals in desert areas).
Currently it's a very peaceful day - both for civilians of many and for business as well. In one of the carts that Tabaxis' swarm to and from is with a Bard Serval by the name of "Little Bird" er, "Bird" for short. She's selling varieties of things from potions to musical instruments.
Little Bird is rather short, though her large ears make up for that - she has sky blue eyes, clothing and fur decorated in her favorite flowers called the Savannah Sunbelt Rose, and a cloak with a hood she always stashes away in a secret place only she knows.
In between business breaks on her own, she entertains children and even elder Tabaxis' with her instruments and songs.

He purrs happily as his pupils are wide with awe and excitement

"Would you like to try?" She gestures the banjo/ukelele to him.

Little Bird smiles and gives him the instrument, giving him tips if he needs any.

He begins to strum the strings wildly and really out of tune

Little Bird seems to not be disturbed by this, but only encouraging.

Little Bird chuckles before giving him one of the banjo ukeleles.

Meanwhile, in the forest society, there's more rogues than any other rank or society known.

A Jaguar Tabaxi glares down at others from the trees, he growls lowly

Another jaguar is with him, his black eyes glaring to others.
Rogues aren't necessarily evil, just very misunderstood or part of the chaotic alignment as: Chaotic good, Chaotic neutral, or rarely chaotic evil. They just follow their own rules.
