What's up, trifelinJ, i was wondering if ya might be able to help me a bit. I'm attempting my first portrait in pencil and want to know if using a fixative on it would be a good idea or not? Any pointers you throw my way would be awesome and thanks in advance, Peace.

yea man i use fixatif to coat my pictures when im done. its a nice clear coat and keeps everything in place and stops charcoal from smearing. just lightly spray coat let dry and do it like 2 more times. works like a charm

Im glad your still interested in my work!!! I have been working two jobs all summer and moved into my own place so ive been too busy to draw anything. BUT I have been commissioned to draw three portraits of marilyn monroe so no im not dead!! I'll have those up as soon as i get done with them. only a few more weeks of lifeguarding and im free!!!
