Its a general application glue(Fevicol)..I dnt know if they sell in your country ..but yes it does not wrinkle the paper

I have a question; for the long wavy lines that aren't tightly curled (like the Lord Ganesha's nose), how do you get it to stay in the shape while it is drying? I always have trouble keeping the paper still, and when it moves around it leaves glue everywhere.

for Quilling always use a thick glue which usually dries soon and holds it together.
I usually keep holding the strips till I am convinced that the glue has dried.
