well i seriously would commission you but im a bit young so i dont know a whole lot about regular commissions or how to go about paying and whtnot
i know paypal and stuff like tht can be used but im not old enough to have nor do i even know how to use it xDD

Paypal isn't hard to use at all, I'm sure you can find tutorials online on how to use it. Also not sure what the age is, but I'm sure if you're over 13 it should be ok. Just read the terms of service and it should tell you the rules and such. I wouldn't start one without permission from your folks frist though being you are a minor. However you need money in paypal/your bank account connected to your paypal account in order to buy things.

And you can also ask your parents if it's ok if you can commission someone with there account, just along it's ok with them and you pay them back if you have money yourself (allowance and what not).
