I've made them with some fancy texture/rendering setup in 3d then combining the frames in a 2d program :3, all the facial expression changes are 2d sprites I've edited from these - [link]
-that I swap onto the face model on appropriate frames.

How do you get the pixel effect?

I give the model shader effects and such and render it from a far distance with a bunch of settings so it comes out sharp, then I just crop the borders away,
something neat I came up with that happened to work out well

Just haven't had time to try update this or keep track of it. I've got enough on here to show what I want to people, and I need to concentrate on the work and other areas, rather than this.

Yus @_@...just...not really on deviant art xD;...been making stuffs but nothing really wanting to put on deviant art, just all the miscellaneous stuff, same animations with different weapons, and simply too busy to feel it necessary to spend time on here updating when I can be working on stuff. Just haven't felt any real desire or need to upload more than what I have now to show @.@;
So I may or may not visit for awhile, or longer @=@
