do you know if we have to buy a pet slot for them? i've never hatched an egg before xD

You don't have to buy a pet slot for it, they explained in the rules about this little egg festival that it comes with a free pet slot. You just have to draw your character taking care of the egg first before you can actually hatch it though. Even though I've been in the group for awhile now, I haven't hatched an egg either.
So you can save that money for other things. Unless you're planning on getting another pet. XD
