# About me
I am amateur artist who is finally working to get on a good level. The stuff I will post here at the time will be mostly copies drawn from references of artists that I like, as well as studies widely available on the net. As (If) I get better as time goes on, I will also start posting original content of my own, or, depending on the environment in DeviantArt, in a personal webpage/blog.My main interests are the human form and mecha. In turn, the artists I admire and want to draw from most are mainly mangaka, character designers, animators and CG artists such as Takahiro Kimura, Kagami, Kenichi Sonoda, Nobuteru Yuki, Masami Obari, ZOL, Takashi Takeuchi, Sayaka Ono, Kia Asamiya, Mon-Mon and Toshihiro Hirano, among others. As such, many of the pieces I will be posting here for the time being are just attempts at replicating existing pieces of theirs (will be crediting them accordingly) in order to try and learn from them as much as possible.

Thanks for the nice comment I saw you had a lot of Japanese artists in your references. Since you like my work, allow me to give you mine, mainly American and European:
- Jim Lee, David Finch and Jason Fabok (realistic comics style, awesome in anatomy, dynamism and shading)
- Frank Frazetta and John Buscema (classic comics anatomy, great for leaning gesture and anatomy thanks to less ink in general)
- Jean "Moebius" Giraud (splendid landscapes)
- Enrico Marini (anatomy, backgrounds in sequential art)
- Tim Sale (composition, values)
- Michael Lark (subtle facial expressions, environment)
- Siya Oum (female body and faces)
As for a collab, when you grow an audience so we could both benefit from it, we could definitely do that

Of the ones you mentioned, Jim Lee and Moebius are the ones I know most of. I'm particularly fond of Jim Lee's work. The others, I think I have seen, but I am so detached from the American and European comic book art scenes that I have to explore them more in depth. I will say that Jim Lee and Moebius are artists I would definitely like to learn (i.e. steal) things from, if you get what I'm saying.
