I'm across the Atlantic, in Washington D.C. Droughts plague this area often, and your chances of getting anything remotely worth smoking become very low.
The only way to get anything good is if you have INSANE connections, which I did once have, but somehow lost it.
One of my friends is actually moving back to London (going to a University of some sort) and he smokes. You guys should be friends. XD
