I woun't really say that Sega is being told to by Nintendo to make Sonic more kid-friendly.
Considering another Nintendo Exclusive, the M-Rated Game Bayonetta 2, which is a Platinum Game AND by technicallity a Sega game.
I believe I've already said my piece of some characters like Shadow... but with that said
Do you like the fact that Blaze's character was reduced from an alternate Universe Sonic that is also a Princess who had a character arc of accepting other people too... I'm the friend of Silver the Hedgehog from the Future... THE END

The Fact that Shadow and "Sexy Mouse" isn't in the new ones with a super important role is awesome for me
Shadow's story was done when Sonic Adventure 2 ended.
And if they left his corpse be, I'd say he was a good character.

Synx, if you want. I could just tell you what my thoughts are on the designs.
I think most of them are unnesseary and uninteresting given the fact that it's suppose to be a comic book.
And the fact that it makes her character more like a Barbie Doll than an actual hero that would make lil' Jimmy go, "WOW! That's MY HERO!"
Her designs for her character doesn't really reflect her personality other than "I think I look cool!"
I think she should give more "life" to the outfits and try to add a tad more color.
The "imprint" it suppose to be on is Saturday Night Comics after all, named such after Saturday Morning Cartoons.
It's not a manga, and hell even MADOKA knows to give the characters a little more colour than just bland ass black

More or less the same, though I was thinking Bleach instead of Madoka (most characters wear black, but they make up for that with other things that outright make them eye catching even in a sea of black). Her work seems too... Ah... Shall I say, "aside the pencil?"
And outside of the internet (holy shit it exists), I myself wear clothes that reflect what my inner thoughts are like. Slightly formal, but still obviously not concurrent with most humans.
Also, yes, I feel the same way. Comic book characters have designs that are relevant to their designated style as well as interesting asects that make you think, "That's pretty slick."
Overall, yeah, exactly the same.
