Hello! I left a comment a few months asking if you could do drawings for my story idea. ^^'. And well, I'm broke, so that didn't work out, but you did say keep in touch, that you'd like to see how it goes and... Hi, this is a really awkward, weird question... but do you make art for other people?
I stumbled upon your art about a week or two again and have fallen in love with it. You're incredibly talented! Over the past month, I've been conceptualizing a story that I plan on working on throughout the rest of this year and the next, and normally, I draw all the art for my ideas myself. But I reached a blockade when I realized my more comic-book style doesn't fit the quirky, very much European tone of it (it's a series of fairy tales). Β And then I thought of your art and remembered how well you can bring characters to life with their expressions.
I wentΒ back and forth about whether I should ask, since we don't really know each other. That's why I thought it'd be kind of awkward and random. But, I decided to take a leap of faith and go ahead with it. I mean, the worst that can be said is "no", right?
I totally understand if you're an artist who doesn't like drawing art for other people or if you only do it through paid commission.

Currently I'm in grade 12 and in the process of applying to universities so I'm rather busy, but and perhaps is the future I could take a look at this story?
and honestly the whole charm about stories told through art is the unique styles that come from it! if you don't believe your style is a good fit for the story I recommend looking at art that you imagine your stories style in and try to emulate the aspects that you want to be pronounced in your art. keep in touch I'd love to know how it goes

That's very true! This particular idea is actually intended to be like a book with illustrations, but I think the principle still applies.
