It's a kind of good-quality mark. People are giving you llamas to shall that they like you. You can give to one artist only one llama so Better Llama = More people like you. It's free (unless you buy some, but I think it's cheating).

To give someone llama:
1. go to his/her main page
2. click "give" button (on top right side)
3. click "llama"
4. click "give"
5. click "done"
