ok i wanted to give something for a really close friend of mine as a birthday present and i want to commission a pairing picture of her oc Narto/fma rpc: cece  this a oc drawing i made for her with deidara. can you draw deidara with her oc watching the firework spelled happy birthday? is on may 4th
