oh my.....well, this was unexpected. thank you very much for the invite, but I'm not sure I really qualify. I don't really ever submit anything, at all. I still need to learn how to draw with a tablet and plus, I my self am not even Gay, I just support Gay equality, (well, equality for everyone actually).


I have read your little story and I gotta say, that has to be the sweetest thing I have ever read in this site. granted, I don't usually read much on this site, but still, that's the most heartwarming thing I've heard here on DA. I hope you make it to Oregon, and I sincerely hope your parents wake up and realize your a human being with human emotions and that's all that ever matters and all that will ever matter. I just... I just get so pissed off when I see parents who supposedly love their kids and yet when said kids turn out to be gay or Bi, they suddenly see them as some sort of disappointment or a disgrace they should be ashamed of. I know that's not exactly the case with you, but.......parents need to support their children, NO EXCEPTIONS.....well, I mean you know except for the obvious like parents should support their kids being criminals or doing drugs or crap like that, but you know what I mean.

but, anyway sure, I would be happy to join your group, even If I'm just joining just for the sake of joining. thank you again

your very welcome. one thing I forgot to mention was I really thought that comparison to Raven and Starfire was really cute. I loved that show and I can see personalities similar to theirs as a really cute pair.

and I also just wanted to say, I saw your profile and your real name is Ashely? that is so weird, I am a cartoonistin training and I actually have a character named Ashley who is a lesbian. and she the more feminine type of lesbian too. I know you say your bi so it's not exactly the same, but still, that's such an odd coincidence hahaha.

What's up! I like all your deviations, you have a lot more stuff than I do. I've barely put anything up on here, mostly because I don't have any digital art work software things. I need to use the lab for that. but I did just recently submit a few of the same pencil drawings as on facebook. but they don't look nearly as glamorous...or finished, as pictures that were done in or with photoshop or something.

with quick glance at your gallery, i can see you have lot more characters than I thought! how many other, er, 'stories' do you have besides 5683? and just how many characters are in 5683?

I've lost count of how many stories I have. there are a lot of characters on this account, but i have a bunch more on my old one that I don't really use anymore...a lot of them are pretty much the same; transforming super-girls fighting evil to save the world in one way or another. I'm trying to branch out more though, with fairy-tales or fantasy stories.

5683, the series, has two main characters with like...3 recurring supporting characters and several other characters who have one or two episode story arcs. the movie that comes out next week is going to introduce a ton of new characters though. About...six new supporting characters...probably more like 8. or 9.

do have any stories about those mermaids you like to draw? if you want to branch out, that seems a little different from Transforming Super Girls who fight evil to save the world. actually, that Prince of Atlantis trying to adapt to Land-Life scene you did in Acting last Sem seemed like it had real potential, if you want to do something with that.

also, I've noticed two of that series; 5683, and 5683+. I was wondering what the difference was?
