Hellsing
Rust Blaster (though its only a manga, it is AWESOME, it is from Yana Tosobo/The writer or Kuroshitsuji and is only 6 chapters, I only noticed they were from the same writer when I had a RB book and a Kuroshitsuji book in hand and noticed the similarties)

I have actually seen all of those anime.... I never finish Hellsing though... so I guess I cant say I've seen that one... I don't remember why I didn't finish it... I just remember not finishing it. lol
I never knoew that about Rust Blaster... I really wanna check it out now if it was done by the same person who did black butler. Tha's exciting.
