Hey Labon I was wondering If I can make Teacup Parlor Snowy Meadows regular hair stylist/groomer.
I though I ask first because I am making a board pic to organize everything and was going to include a small piece of it to Teacup Parlor to show they visit a lot for up and coming contest and to practice looks.
