Upon walking into the Undertaker's funeral parlor, this young man would find that it was inhabited, what with the oil lamps lighting the room, the drawers of a large desk off to the side opened and filled with tools, and the freshly picked flowers that the Undertaker thought might look nice and lighten up the room a bit. The tall, older fellow with long silver hair emerged from behind a curtain that separated the shop from the back room where he worked on preserving the bodies. "Can I help you with something, sir?" he inquired in a thick Cockney accent as he headed over to the sink to wash his hands.

"Hm?" Undertaker looked up from his work, surprised to see Sebastian wandering around his parlor. He hadn't even heard him come in. "You're the Phantomhive butler," he recalled, a wide grin on his lips, delighted to have such hilarious company. "Things are just splendid here! It's sad to see so many people go, but I always feel something special when I give them a proper departure." He spoke of death with great passion, almost glorifying it, for a funeral was the most important ceremony to appreciate a person's life. "How're things with the little Phantomhive?" he asked curiously.

He smiled down on her, flattered that she would pay him such a lovely compliment. She seemed like a lovely person. "Thank you, dearie! I very much appreciate that...yes, I do..." His sentence trailed off as he got distracted by the numerous things around his parlor, trying to locate the place where he kept the string. "Ah!" he exclaimed suddenly, voice a bit louder than appropriate. "Here we are..." He started looking through one of the drawers in his old dresser, searching for the Thneed. "What color did you say you was looking for, miss?"

Undertaker smiled widely, moving from behind the operating table to wash his hands in the sink. "How kind of you to take an interest in my funeral parlor. Have a look around, child," he urged, sounding excited, despite the fact that no normal little girl in her right mind would find his dark, stuffy, corpse infested funeral parlor to be even the slightest bit charming. He dried his hands on an old towel and stood by and observed her.

Well, she isn't normal and she too is not in her right mind. heck, she was locked in a basement by her older sister for being crazy. She nodded and hopped around being careful not to break anything. She never had seen a funeral parlor and found it quite interesting.

"You ought to mind your manners in the presence of seniority or you might get yourself into some unwanted trouble," Undertaker advised, offering the other a warm smile. "I am quite normal, I assure you. Would you do me a favor and hand me that scalpel, pretty please?" he asked, motioning to his tray of tools on the table behind him. He was currently working on a body and it was nice to have someone to keep him company as well as offer assistence.
