# About me
Well I'm Lani and I've been a Deviant for about 5 years or so. Gradually, I've become more active and have improved as an artist. You'll see most of my art in anime and cartoony styles. I love working with colors and creating funny and cute pieces. I'm a procrastinator at heart, and love all things cute and Japanese.As a person, I'm optimistic and impulsive. I'm also a shorty, standing a mere two inches above five feet. I'm a grammar nazi, and I hate textSpeak. I prefer to use full and complete sentences when typing on the interwebs. I'm a science and english girl. I also love the color pink, and any other vivid and obnoxious color out there. I hate the combination of Orange and Green together.
I don't think I'll ever fully "grow up," but at the same time, I can't stand immaturity. I also have a low tolerance for obnoxious people. I love watching certain cartoons, such as AdventureTime and The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, along with South Park. Anime has always been a favorite of mine, starting from Sailor Moon and DBZ. I love reading Shoujo Manga, and do have certain favorite Shonen. I'm also a gamer girl, loving L4D and Monday Night Combat. I'm a big Valve Fangirl.
I'm always trying to improve my art and methods. Hopefully, I can find a good camera and/or scanner to get some of my Studio Art things up here. I'm also a traditional artist, working with pastels.
