Well actually I promised my friend to coplay anything she asks me and so we ended up with her favourite manga loveless...
Actually I think it could have been a little better, but we just came back from Japan and there wasn't enough time.

I do not want to disappoint you, but unfortunately we didn't use any pattern for the sailor collar...

We did it by hand and we didn't care for special measurements.
We took a foursquare piece of newspaper (a quite big one) and we simply tried, which kind of sailor collar was fitted best.
Just cut out a huge "U" and see if it seems right.
If you already have a shirt you can easily try to make the collar match.
Basically its just a foursquare piece with two triangles.

It depends on which kind of sailor collar you want to make...
There are wide ones and tight ones.
Just try it - it certainly will be fun!

I need to apologize for my creepy English it's almost midnight in my country and I am a little tired.
