training is good we went to about week 6 and then had to pause for real world developments but there will be an update soon that covers stuff more in detail. hope you are well

I've been well too. Taking up a new training regime that will culminate next year with a 150 km trip on foot, and spent the last month making lists and plans for the future. [Let me just say that our earlier conversations were extremely usefull]
I hope we get to talk soon [via note, since I haven't got time to spend a long time on dA lately] and I hope all is alright and well with you and the guys
