Most days I sit down at my PC and I have this conversation(?):

"Alright! I'm gonna draw something awesome!"
"..."
"GRAAAAAAAAHH - !" *tableflips*

"I need a tablet."

My drawing style is anime. Yes, that's it. Even in projects at school I somehow incorporate those big, wide eyes and small noses. I usually get good scores from it.
Now up till now I've been drawing with a mouse pad, and you have to give me some credit (I MEAN COME ON, I SHADE AND STUFF WITH A MOUSE PAD) and cut me some slack because I know it's bad.
Sometimes I write stories (O.K. fine, all the time) and normally my current writing style would be influenced by the last author I read. Right now I'm rereading and rereading Joyce Carol Oates's "The Gravedigger's Daughter," which is a truly fantastic book. I can't say though that my writing is even a tiny little bit fantastic.
I am waiting and waiting for the day that I will finally get a graphic tablet.
