Ooh trust me, I'm drawn to the 80s aesthetic like a moth to a lamp, It's so enjoyable so it'll most likely be that.
Plus I personally think I'm getting the hang of it - not perfect, but getting there.

Yeah I had no idea what the heck a Twinkie or some American stuff were until I learnt it's specifically tailored for a country (I mean, I suppose sweets should be nation only cause importing that stuff would require storing it in a cool area so it doesn't melt and die)

Yeah, I agree, though many cultures slowly bleed into one another. It still doesn't take it away from its original source though, cause in the end the only people who can make food the best are the ones who pretty much invented said food.

I never said anywhere that I was incapable of drawing any of your OC's just that I primarily draw Pokemon so I'd expect people to ask for that, so please don't assume that somehow means I can't do something merely because I put forth a preference of mine that I have; If I can't draw something, I would explicitly say that I can't draw it.
Also, is it not you who is asking me for an art trade... So you declining makes no sense when I wasn't the one asking.

If you are looking for people to draw anthro characters, you'd probably best look elsewhere on dA since it's not something I do right art-trade wise right now for anyone outside of my known associates.

Well it's more a grid-like pattern of highlights on a crystalline alien landscape than a grid if that makes any sense.
The resemblance probably comes from the Ultra Wormhole , I used that as inspiration and it has a very distinct grid-like pattern that flows in/out of it and I would imagine it would also be used as inspiration in official art as well.
