# About me

I'm meant to tell you about who I am in this teeny tiny little box. That's so going to happen...

Anyway, I'm a early 30's, self taught 2d/3d artist working for a software company. I did some freelance work at LEGO (yes, the toy company) when I was in my twenties. During that time I also had a small company I ran with a friend called Lords of Image, in which we would create album covers for Penalty Records. Though we no longer do album covers, my friend and I are working on a comic in our spare time.

What other things can I say? Hmmm... AH! I'm loyal to a fault. I'm one of those guys everyone likes for no apparent reason (that I can see anyway). I'm single. I work at home and I work very long hours...which is probably why I'm single. I'm a sucker for a woman with pretty eyes. Animals love me and I have a nephew that I help take care of after school (he'd kill me if I used the word babysit).

I'm a big fan of comics, movies, tv, books, sarcasm and irony. I used to write poetry and short stories (even won an award or two). I've met and/or had lunch with a President, a governor, two mayors, Yogi Bera and a few actors all before I finished High School - turns out they're not all that thrilling.

Artistically, I love Norman Rockwell, Alphonse Mucha, and a ton of comic book artists. When I was about 12 or 14 (it was an even year, I just can't remember which), I created a character named Wildfire I showed off to Erik Larsen and Rob Liefeld that looked an awful lot like Deadpool before he existed. Four months later Deadpool appeard in the New Mutants and to this day, I like to think I inspired his look (though I think it more coincidence seeing how long it takes to get a comic book printed).

So that's some info about me that while informative, doesn't really tell you anything about who I am. I can only hope that what you've learned was interesting. Catch ya later.
