Hi! I am The Demon Ferret (yes, the "The" is part of the name =P), a friendly wolverine monster ^^ I am a fursuiter and fursuit maker. All the suits you see in my gallery are made by me unless stated otherwise. I've been making fursuits since 2012, and have been taught in various art forms since childhood. I try to incorporate everything I've learned into my projects ^^ I still have much to learn, and my journey is far from over. Hello Demon Ferret! I've tried to note you 3 times now but each time my connection timed out so I'm unsure if my notes sent or not, so if they did my apologies! If not let's try again? xD
I'm a newbie fursuiter, and since I was little deers have always been my favourite animals. Not sure why I have just always had a passion for the cute horned things haha.
So since I can't afford to buy a fursuit I'm making them instead. ^^ They're still pretty bad and have their flaws but I am learning.
My birthday is this month and since it's my 16tth I'm not actually getting anything from anyone [parents don't like 16th birthdays for some reason] so I'm going to be making myself a birthday present, from me to me! And what I want most of all is to make myself a deer fursuit!
But alas, I have seen no tutorials, drawings, patterns, templates, anything to help someone make a deer suit. I daw your Kanati one and he is absolutely lovely he's so cute! He's my new favourite suit alongside Telephone haha I love the toony look to him <3
I noted you this in order to ask if you could please help me and give me some tips/pointers on how to make a deer fursuit? I really have no clue, and my birthday is on the 23rd and I have until then to get all the materials, ordering fur etc, horns, foam, everything so I was hoping you could give me some tips is all so I can make my first deer.
I'm not asking to copy all of your work or anything, just how to make the head really if that isn't already too much? If it helps, I will more than happily do you a couple pieces of art for your time of your characters
But if not, then just dropping by to say I love your work and you should really keep at it!

So for Kanati may I ask did you use tutorials or did you just wing it when you made him? I struggle to draw deers in general so I'm not sure how well mine would turn out so having some guidance from you would be amazing
