My brother has Y, but I don't think he's beat it yet but when he does I'll play Y. But my pokemon on W2 are amazing. I have a shiny haunter, shiny level 100 rayquaza, shiny lugia and I think a shiny Latias. I don't have lots of shinies but I know for a fact I have the lugia, Haunter and Rayquaza. I always wanted a female shiny Blaziken, but never could get one...

Oh dang o-o That is amazing. In my opinion, you should not get Y. Instead, get Alpha Sapphire or Omega Ruby. They're newer and will probably have more to contribute in terms of gameplay.
