Ever wondered what would happen if a sheltered prince in the 1400's were exiled to survive on his own? The world was quite harsh in that day, would a prince wither and die or turn into a powerful warrior?

Unrealistic settings have too many variables to come up with a straight answer. What's the local religion? Is there a war? What creatures are there? What dangers are there? What's the landscape like? Is it a desert kingdom? Forest? Plains?Β
Why was he exiled? Did he commit a crime? Was his father/mother overthrown by a vicious relative who threw them off a cliff into a herd of stampeding wildebeest?Β
Did he have a bunch of comedians chase him through a thorn bush into the sunset? Was he taken in by two men and raised to eat bugs?Β
Does he come back? Does he throw his uncle into a horde of hungry hyenas? DOES HE BECOME THE NEW KING?!
