Pretty good!! I've been the director of a daycare for the last 3 years. Very very full time and then some. I actually surprised the children the other month with my dying drawing abilities. They had no idea. I didn't have any idea I still knew how! Haha. But I am quitting to go back to school. Hopefully this will afford me the time to actually get back into arting.
Being the Mom of a 5 year old also doesn't help.... And being the caretaker (fiancee!) of the giant manchild (Keigo) doesn't help either.... -_-

I know, right?! I'm actually going back to school to finish off my Early Childhood Education degree. I plan to teach elementary. I would do Art, but like.... it's South Dakota. Art doesn't live here. Only snow.

I'd like to go back to school but I'm in the throes of student loan debt right now, so it may have to wait a few years. Β Thinking about something fancy and related to game production art. Β My current life aspiration is to get out of my job, it's customer servicey at the art museum in Seattle. Β Not terrible, but I really want to do something more hands-on with art. Β Currently in a weird creative limbo. Β Not really an art block, I'm drawing a ton lately but making very little big art pieces. Β Learning to draw horses and maybe laser guns.
Early Childhood Education sounds really sweet. Β You must really like teeny children! Β And South Dakota sounds like it needs more art, hrmph hrmph.

OMG! I found you!!! I have to tell you, when you first started reading your comic many years ago I was so entranced I kept looking it up online nearly everyday to see if you posted something new on it. I was excited about it, the story, the characters, I loved it all! But then one day the site I had been reading them on vanished! I was so sad. I searched and searched for you but I wasn't able to find you. Ever since then your comic has been inspiring me to create art, characters, stories, and now I'm even dabbling into the field of comics myself. On a whim, I searched for you once more and found a link to your DA account from Google. I'm so happy I can once again read your comic and now follow your work here on DA. For years I've been hoping to see your work once again and I'm so happy that I can now tell you how I feel. Thank you so much for everything!!!

I am so so flattered by this. And I am so sorry that it took me this long to get back to you! Alicia and I just got together at Christmas time and discussed the possibility of trying to jumpstart Blessed again. I still have the binders of the next few chapters around here. But our storytelling skills have changed so much I am excited about what we could come up with!!
