Well, you know like how a swimmer has Huge shoulders and chest because he must use them a lot? A waterpolo player looks like the more all-around fit version of that. So he is a bit less bulky, and much more cut. 

   Waterpolo is a vicious sport of endurance. It involves two teams who are constantly swimming the whole game, propelling themselves out of the water to catch or throw the ball with one hand, attempting to make a goal on the opposite side of the pool. The players cannot touch the bottom, and although fighting is not allowed, most waterpolo players punch and kick eachother in the water, disguising this under splashing it is a sport of the most fit

Yeah you need to swim good to last. It's sort of like the soccer of swimming, in that just like soccer players run the whole time, waterpolo players swim the whole time   super tiring I bet. I don't play waterpolo but I have many friends who do.
