I know it and Secret Agent Sally by the same artist <3 I preferred Sally’s original red haired design rather than the blond one in the Dandy annual 2017, though I was glad to see them bring back Ollie just as he was :D (Big Grin)

Heck yea, I loved Sally's original look. If you go back to Ollie's very first appearance in '01 he looks like such a baby.
The artist, Karl Dixon, has an account here but he doesn't use it much. He talks to fans on Twitter though.

I kind of do commissions?
I've been having trouble drawing lately but to be honest that's something I'd love to do.
The sort of price for that sort of thing is usually £7 fully coloured.
