Lv. 31?? Haha, I have about five characters over that. My highest-level character is a Hunewearl, and then my next-highest is a Fonewearl.
About the seabed... DO NOT DO IT IN MULTIPLAYER! It is hard as nails. It'll take you around 20 mins to beat him (boss) on his second form.

Yeah, I had higher, but my memory card corrupted, my character was last at lvl 42... and I was last in the mines in hard. Funnily enough, yesterday I got to lvl 36, beat the forest, caves, and mines (hard) in one day OMG... now I'm in the ruins. Of course, I have many quests to do in hard, I usually do them first, to make sure I have enough experience... but I felt like rushing through. Also, thanks to my friend, I have a Gladius, a Varista, and a Bloody art. 
Oh, about the seabed, I beat it before my memory card corrupted... but this time around, I was doing hard before doing the seabed, since its so annoying to me at times. I either do all the quests in hard, or finish the seabed in normal.
But, today I feel like not doing anything and just moving around, and for that reason, I will play some Final Fantasy 12 today, feeling lazy (with the help of gambits lol). xD

OK. So then, I've done more than you. I've beaten the Normal, Hard, Very Hard AND Ultimate modes! Mind you, I've not done Episode 2 in Ultimate mode yet... and I've got that many special weapons I can't list them. But I do have a Varista and a Bloody Art. I recently got a Summit Moon, which is not found, but is made from using a 'magic rock "Moola"' on a Mace +25.
