# About me
I grew up with a love for the arts but sadly I have never been able to master drawing, painting etc. I am a writer but my novel is on hold at the moment. (DAMN YOU WRITERS BLOCK!!! Grrrrrrrπ‘πΏ)I think it's fascinating some of the random places I've been able to tap into my creative juices. Most recently it's been through snapchat!
More specifically the photo face swap filter, mainly. I was amazed by the response I started to get when I used it. Apparently I have a nack for it. So I decided to see just how creative I could get.
The possibilities are endless and I absolutely love it!
Also, thought I should add that I'm a beginner cosplayer. I always wanted to cosplay but thought I couldn't, being a plus size lady I thought it was an unwritten rule, but luckily I met my best friend who is an EPIC cosplayer and in 2015 at Phoenix ComiCon this Pixie cosplayed for the very first time!
IT WAS FREAKING AWESOME!!!!
And now, yep I'm addicted. lol I've officially been bitten by the cosplay bug and now there's NO GOING BACK!!! I tell people it's all that damn pirates fault! He's to blame! (My bestie's most well known cosplay is his incredibly awesome Captain Jack Sparrow)
And since I've been seeing people post things of this nature I guess I should also mention I love to design & make clothes. (Probably one of the reasons cosplay originally appealed to meπ€) For years I dreamt of starting my own small online clothing line. It never became a reality but I'm still always designing even when I don't have anything to sketch with, and it's still and always will be a dream. I guess I could post some of the things I've made here. A lot of it is children's clothing though because my niece loves that she can make requests for "special orders" that only she will ever have. lol
