Sure, we're always looking for prize donations. If you want to give me specifics for advertising and such, I'll go ahead and add you to the list.(: We're also doing something new this year, where you can participate in mini competitions that'll vary from week to week. hey, i was wondering.. what do we do if we don't know where the resource came from? i used a background for the wallpaper, and.. i dont know who to credit. i got it from a layout i saw, so.. do i credit that person? or.. and, also.. i am ellen. im on aashani's team (:

awesome contest but after read all article in your website I understand only a small ==" can I ask this contest is icon contest? and what a theme is this contest?

To "audition", you make an icon with the word original/originality on it. Then the 4 of us judges argue and decide over who gets whom on their team. Then each week after that, there is a new round with a new challenge... whether it be a blend challenge, a resource challenge, or a layout challenge. However, after each challenge, people get eliminated. Does that make any more sense?

it depends how far you make it, really. The contest will go until very early in September, so if you're in the remaining 4 it'll be a problem... but you'll be able to be a part of the first 4 rounds. I'm sure we could work something out where you could make your round 5 entry before you leave if we need to.
And don't worry, it'll get a lot more interesting than icons

That's alright, I'm pretty good at figuring out what people mean.(: You won't know if you'll be in round 4 until we get there. Each week there are eliminations. So you might make it to round 4, you might not... it all depends.
Thank you. I can't take credit, really. I got the contest structure from the show "The Voice" and turned it into a graphic contest rather than a singing contest.
And yes, you would say screwed.(: But you didn't really screw anything up.

To audition it's just the icon with the word original/originality on it. I figure we leave it wide open like that and see where it takes people. If you get picked for a team (and there's a very good chance you will) then there will be new challenges. So if that makes sense, you're making just the icon to get picked... but there will be more things to make later.
