You would buy one in the "purchase items" thread in the merchant's hut, then when an admin replies to you saying it's in your stash, you go to the "geno alterations" thread and apply it to your geno there. Then an admin will reply to you and give you a new proof comment, and you use that comment as your proof when you upload your design

Oh, no worries! Falla and Magni aren't breedable at the moment, though, and neither of them actually have the pied gene, either. Falla has the African Wild Dog mutation and Magni has the Marbled mutation. I have a marbled ochre worg for sale in my latest journal, and you could change its gender to female with an Arwii's fruit item, if you're interested in that. But if you still just want the slots I can work those out with you instead!

Ah I see, okay. Uuum well I could perhaps go with the Marbled Ochre Worg? I don't mind, I just really like the combination of white, orange-ish brown and black. It's pretty! How would I go about using the Arwii's fruit item -like do I have to wait until the Worg is designed to use it or do I use it on the geno? - or obtain it? (If you couldn't tell, I'm a little new to the group, I joined in December. Heh.

You can buy the Arwii's fruit from the merchant's hut (the stash cycling journal) and apply it to the geno before you design in (you do that on the stash journal too)

The correct gender is the gender you want them to be, yes. And you have to wait for the admins to actually change the geno before you submit your design, too. And to apply scars, you need to have them in your stash before you apply them, but then you can apply them to your beast when you're submitting its design for the first time, or you can apply them after it's uploaded, as long as you have the item. There's a spot in the design form for you to tell the admins if you want to add items to the design, and there's a thread in the design journal for changing an uploaded beast's design
