((I guess you could call this a OC.... It's more of a FCW.I.P))
I like to think that the lady in yellow was based on an insane woman. Although she does not have the speed of the green woman, she would most probably be the most smart, planning out an attack before initiating it.
When capturing prey, she likes to play with them, before brutally clawing them to death.
Hasn't her mother told her not to play with her food!?
She can be very protective of Mary at times, as she considers her to be like a daughter to her, she may also exaggarate some words a lot.
Her sanity was reduce to a low 4 because of being trapped in a mueseum with nothing to eat but flowers, even being a painting.
She also has a knack for climbing on walls.

-Slowly and carefully, the curious child pressed on. She gazed at the unmoving paintings on each of the dimly lit walls. They provided her with a small sense of comfort.-

-Ib slowly opened her eyes and rubbed each rather slowly. She sluggishly pulled herself up using the wall as support.-
" There has to be someone here that can tell me. . . I know that this is the art place, Dolly was talking about. . . but, it's lonely. . . everyone's gone."
she thought to herself.
Although Ib was a brave little girl, she couldn't help but to feel scared and lonely.

-She ran a finger through her dark brown locks. It sounded like the woman was something from the gallery. She dare not trust a stranger, let alone anything in the gallery.-

*she smirked, trying her hardest not to utter one of her famous physcotic laugh*

A sigh could be heard from the un seen woman, she, obviously getting flustered by the stubbornness provided by the girl.
"No, it wouldn't be the same dear. That rose simply smells marvelous, give your friend Gwen a sniff."

-She sighed and held onto the rose tightly. Ib had pulled it from her pocket and offered it.-
"Will it make you feel better?"
-she tilted her head and blinked.-

"Oh yes dear. This will make feel a lot better." She giggled, gently taking the rose in her hand.
"Now let's see...."
Yellow put her head into view for ib to see, the upper half of it covered by her brown hair.
"Loves me..." she takes a petal between her fingers, plucking it off.
"Loves me not..." Takes another petal, pausing in between.

"No roses for you, lady Gwen."

"Aw, why not?" Yellow said, giving a small pout. "Gwen just wanted to have some fun, it won't hurt. I will leave one petal on there, just for you~"

-Ib frowned and tucked the rose away.-
"I said I could give you one. . . I am sure people have lost them along the way."

She sighs, finding the... lady... in herself. "But my dear Ib, I cannot move from this spot, I need to be helped up, I have been attacked by these malicious monsters...

She shook her head, focusing more on the rose.

[Kiyoshi stood in front of the lady in yellow holding onto his rose since he didn't want her to take it like the others had tried. He could've just run but was a bit scared stiff that he couldn't move]

*Despite being halfway into a painting, she was rather fast, not as fast as green, but still fairly fast, the boy began to come into her field of view, she grinned like crazy* MIIIINE!

"Oh my, you look down. Are you okay~" she stifled a sadistic, long laugh. "You look not well, are you hungry?"

She was left staring into the dust Kiyoshi left when he fled, controlling her anger, she whistled and many more ladies lodged in paintings, much like herself, retracted from the darkness.
"Oh ladies~ We have ourselves a runner~"
That was as if a signal to chase after, because after yellow finished her sentence, every single panting started to crawl after the young man.
