No, it's a site for writers (although there's also a group of roleplayers). It's basically like your school MLC, just online and across multiple continents. Basically, you just sign up...introduce yourself...and then join whatever you feel like joining! We have the beginnings of a welcome page here: [link] and if you need any more help, you can just ask. :3 (Everyone's really nice, so, seriously, don't be afraid to say, "AUGH, I DON'T GET YOUR CONFUSING SITE LAYOUTS.") It'll all make sense if you poke around a bit, though.

You poke a mod and they publish it for you. You have to have a mod review your piece before publishing it, but once it's published, you can edit it however you want.
