Here is a fantasy of mine that I think you would like: in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, there are at least two places where Link is tested wearing nothing but a belt that has the Sheikiah Slate.Β In order to fight he needs to find and use anything he can use weapon as well as the spells in his magic tablet.Β After all the battles he has faced, you would think he would have learned how to punch and kick in this game (not just the treasure chests).Β Like after he does a perfect dodge, he could rush in, snag the enemy's weapon (if any), and do a fury attack.Β Of course if Link punches and kicks something metal with his bare hands and feet, it would hurt.
I wonder... (boots up Breath of the Wild, test plays) ...nope.Β There is no update that allows Link to use weaponless melee combat at this time.Β In my test, I gave him no weapons equipped and when I tried melee he reaches for his weapon but, notices that there is nothing there many times in a row.

I have a fanart idea for you based off of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
After waking up in a magic pool Link found that he was completely naked; no clothes, no weapons, and no memories of the past.Β The only thing he got to unlock the past and guide him along the way is a magic tablet.Β He reequipped himself by taking his enemies weapons and...if I say any more it would be a spoiler.
